This past week I went on a tour of the Health-Ade Kombucha factory in Los Angeles, CA and it was everything I thought it would be.
Denis and I were shown how the kombucha was made and I even got to touch a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). The SCOBY is what transforms the sweet tea into kombucha.
Later, one of Health- Ade’s founders, Daina, sat down with Denis and I to let us taste some of their famous flavors, including one or two new ones.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and I can’t wait to go back!
