Aaliyah We Need a Resolution Inspired Makeup

Look number 3 from my series!

AND it’s been the most requested too! This is the dark eye/red lip look Aaliyah is rocking in the vid.

This is one of my favorite Aaliyah songs (Rock the Boat being number one) so I was pleased to do this look, and was pleased with how fab it turned out with the products I was working with.

How Stunning was Aaliyah in this video? We really began to see her aging gracefully from teenage star to young lady in this album. *tears*

I really really love how glamorous this look feels. I think her makeup artist was phenomenal. I didn’t know this but according to a viewer of mine her makeup artist also passed away in the plane crash that took Aaliyah’s life.  Today we celebrate their life, recognize their talent and may they continue to inspire for generations to come.

I hope you guys enjoyed <3

    This is GORGEOUS!
I have a few quick questions: what do you use for your highlighting concealer under your eyes, and what shade of the skinfinish are you using? Is that medium deep, medium dark, or dark?
    Thank you!
